Social Media Manager

About the role

Cobble Lane Coffee Roasters is hiring a Social Media Manager to run social channels for its independent coffee business and London cafe sites. You will create engaging content, build community relationships and report on channel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and publish the social media calendar across key platforms
• Create short-form video and photography content in cafes and the roastery
• Respond to community comments and messages in a timely way
• Identify and manage relationships with relevant local creators
• Report on reach, engagement and follower growth each month

Requirements

• At least three years of social media management experience
• Confident creating short-form video and photo content
• Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools
• Strong community management and written communication skills
• Interest in coffee, hospitality or lifestyle brands is helpful
