How we verify every job

We use AI to help our team prepare clear, consistent job descriptions — but AI never decides what goes live. Every listing follows the same path:

1. Genuine vacancy. We only take vacancies from employer feeds we have authorised, or directly from employers. We never invent or scrape roles.
2. Draft. A description is drafted using only the facts in the employer's vacancy.
3. Automated checks. Salary, location, work mode, eligibility, closing date and the application link are compared with the original. Anything unsupported is flagged.
4. Human review and publishing. A member of our team reviews, approves and individually publishes each job. Checks run again at the moment of publishing.
5. Ongoing monitoring. When the employer closes or withdraws a vacancy, we take the listing down.
