Sales Executive

About the role

Falconline Distribution is seeking a Sales Executive to grow its B2B client base across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role focuses on field sales, relationship building and achieving monthly revenue targets for fast-moving consumer products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling and field visits
• Manage a portfolio of retail and wholesale accounts
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within approved limits
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide market feedback on competitor activity and customer needs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B or field sales experience
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Comfortable working independently across Dubai and nearby emirates
