Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Nova Retail Concepts is recruiting Retail Sales Associates for a seasonal mall pop-up store in Dubai. This customer-facing role involves product demonstration, sales processing and maintaining an attractive display throughout the contract period.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product features and promotions
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Replenish stock and keep displays tidy and secure
• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints where needed
• Support opening and closing procedures as scheduled

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Confident and friendly communication style
• Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
