About the role

Cobalt Finch Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid and organic digital activity for a portfolio of small business clients. The role requires hands-on campaign experience and clear client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise paid search and social campaigns
• Manage email marketing sends, segmentation and reporting
• Review website and landing page performance and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly performance reports for clients
• Collaborate with content and design colleagues on campaign assets

Requirements

• Three or more years of digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social and web analytics
• Strong reporting and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to explain performance results to non-technical clients
• Agency experience is desirable
