Customer Service Representative

About the role

Bluebonnet Home Goods is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to support customers in its Austin store and contact center. You will handle order questions, returns, product availability, and general inquiries while maintaining a calm and helpful tone. This is an on-site role with a structured training period and regular coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, chats, and emails about orders, returns, and product availability
• Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate supervisor
• Document customer interactions accurately in the service system
• Process return and exchange requests according to company policy
• Meet service quality and response-time expectations
• Support showroom customers with pickup and order status questions as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service or retail experience
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using computers and learning new service software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Patience and a problem-solving mindset
