Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

Thistle and Loom Studio is a small design studio seeking a part-time Content Marketing Specialist to create blogs, case studies and newsletters. The role is three days per week, with two days in the Edinburgh studio and the remainder remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and publish across the studio website and newsletter
• Write and edit case studies, blog posts and project stories
• Work with designers to interview clients and gather project details
• Apply basic SEO principles to improve organic discoverability
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• At least three years of content marketing or editorial experience
• A portfolio of published writing, including longer-form content
• Working knowledge of SEO and content management systems
• Excellent editing and interview skills
• Ability to work independently across a part-time schedule
